Jeff Bodzewski
Jeff has led impactful marketing engagements for some of the world’s leading brands, including Microsoft, Centrica, Dow Chemical, Infiniti, BP, TransUnion, and Sprint, throughout the world, including Dubai, South Africa, Canada, and Hong Kong. He currently leads the social marketing practice for Aspen to drive favorable, measureable word of mouth in online and offline channels for the firm’s clients. Prior to Aspen, Jeff was an Account Director at Zócalo Group, where he managed word of mouth marketing programs for some of the agency’s largest clients, including Infiniti, Cricket Wireless, Midas, and Capital One. The customer service/issue resolution program his team created and manages for Cricket Wireless is viewed as an industry standard for protecting a brand against attacks in blogs, forums and social media while reducing call volume to Cricket’s call centers. He has been a vice president of branding within Omnicom and Publicis Groupe. Jeff has been quoted by mainstream and marketing media about the power of brands listening to consumers, and regularly speaks before academic and industry groups on the subject. He earned his MBA with a Strategic Management emphasis from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and graduated from Purdue University with a BA in communications. He has been recognized as an “Alumni Leader” by the Kelley School of Business and a “Liberal Arts Influential” by Purdue’s College of Liberal Arts.
